Pickup was easy, just needed to walk a bit and take the SkyTrain over to the garage. Long walk if you're traveling with kids, so it was helpful to have 1 person go get the car and come back.

The car was not a good fit for us. Beware of renting older cars. Might not be what you expect if you're used to maintaining older cars. Go with newer vehicles to avoid potential headaches.

We also had 4 forward facing car seats and needed 4 tether points. This one only had 3 (didn't think about having to check that!). Odyssey or newer Pacifica is the way to go if you need it. 👍

This is the family car! The van is well maintained, and set up for ease! Justin and his crew are on top of everything! The van is so spacious with so much storage! The kids loved the DVD player and how much space they had not being on top of each other. If you have ridden with kids, you know how space is the most valuable commodity. This van has it in droves. I opted to add the roof rack attachment for additional storage and it was so helpful and a great place to store things out of the way. I had a really late/early pick-up and the host made sure to upload a video really early so I had time to watch it and ask questions before the trip even started. This is a really great car and a really great team. I’ve rented now a couple times with them and a couple things I feel really excited to share: they are super responsive, someone is available at all times, they are very accommodating and helpful, any requests or questions I had were handled and anytime they could do anything to help, they did. The vehicles are clean. Easy to locate and easy to drive. 10/10 experience.

Easy pickup, vehicle as described. Loved the add on of cooler and chairs Would definitely rent it again!

The van was great! Made it easy to take my friends around the valley without having to Uber or wemo everywhere.
