Our only knock is that the small black piece on the front bumper was falling off and we were afraid we were going to loose it the whole trip. The car has been well used but drove fine, was comfortable, clean. Everything worked as expected!
The pick up instructions sent were different than advertised on the turo listing however, it was way more convenient than the alternative so we were happy with that.
It was our first turo experience and we had lots of confusion with the app and did not do the check in process correctly but Larry was patient with us and gave us grace. We really appreciated that.

The van was very clean, no issues at all. The airport did not allow pickup so we had to go offsite for the pickup but Larry was very accommodating and helped us coordinate pickup and drop off. Cold A/C!
