Absolutely. I’d keep the positive tone because it sounds like you really did like the car and the host. I’d just make the allergy issue clear and factual without making the review sound harsh.

The car and the host were both great! I really enjoyed the features of the car, and since it’s a hybrid, the gas mileage was excellent.
The only issue we experienced was that the car had a noticeable dog/pet odor, and unfortunately, my son is allergic to animal dander. Once we arrived at our destination, we wiped down the entire interior, vacuumed, and sprayed Lysol to try to remove as much of the dander as possible. His allergies did flare up for about two days, but thankfully, he was okay.
The host was very gracious and apologetic when I mentioned the issue, which I truly appreciated. This experience also taught me that going forward, I need to ask about pets or animal dander before booking a rental.
Overall, we had a good experience, and I would definitely book with this host again, I would just make sure to choose one of their vehicles that has not transported pets.
