This van was perfect for our family vacation. It was very clean when we picked it up. Pick up at the airport was very easy. We did unfortunately have a situation with the key after a few days and had to get another van. The host and Turo Support was very helpful with this situation. Jessie was very helpful and Melody with Turo support was amazing.

Vehicle was clean but had some minor damages to the exterior and a weird smell inside of it picking it up and maintenance on it was past due and messages kept popping up

The car was fine but the outside fender almost blew off while driving on the highway had to stop 2x before putting tape on it to stop it from blowing off so that was very much a inconvenience since we were driving a long distance i kept messaging the co-host about everything but other than that it was ok
