The car was accommodating and clean. However, the host was unprofessional, inflexible, and uncompromising. It was an unfortunate and unpleasant experience picking up walking around for three hours and seemingly being ridiculed by the host for my distress whilst with two small children and their car seats. The location of the vehicle was extremely difficult to find as it is parked in a “strictly prohibited area” in long-term parking. I have never rented from ANY agency that has had a vehicle parked in this parking area. I hope no other guest ever experiences what I endured!

We give every guest the exact location of up pickup and have had no complaints. It’s actually more accommodating for the guest to get the vehicles from the long term parking lot when arriving rather than shuttling to a different area. You failed to read instructions and blamed everyone but yourself for making a mistake. You also don’t “always” use Turo we were your 2nd trip lol. The root is you wanted things your way and didn’t want to follow the instructions. Be accountable please. Blessings!
