Host was friendly and responsive! Car was perfect size for family of 7 with a car seat. The maintenance light did come on towards the end of our trip but other than that it was great! Would definitely recommend!

The maintenance reminder appeared because that’s how modern vehicles work. It is a normal service notification based on mileage. We cannot know in advance whether your trip will be 100 or 1,500 miles, so scheduling maintenance before every trip is impossible. Lowering our rating because of a standard maintenance reminder is unfair and does not reflect the actual condition or quality of the vehicle.
