Rental was awesome. My family flew into town and we went to the beach. Great time and I was happy this car had enough space where we could all stay together.

My wife and I just returned from an ohio wedding . This van performed great. Had all the rear seats folded down .Plenty of room for wedding gifts. I recommend this van highly. Great price with unlimited miles

The van shakes when on the highway around 60 MPH

The cars tire had poor quality. There were no spare tire. The tire blew. Had to pay out of pocket for tire. The drive itself was not the best.

I'm sorry the trip didn't meet your expectations. The vehicle was inspected and in good working condition before the trip, and there were no known tire issues. Turo's policies outline how tire damage & roadside incidents are handled during a reservation. The vehicle is not equipped with a spare tire, as is common with many newer vehicles that use a tire repair kit or roadside assistance instead. I always strive to provide a safe, well maintained vehicle and a positive experience for every guest.
