Smooth transaction!! First of all, I want to make it clear that this was the cheapest priced larger vehicle available at the time that I booked it. And for what we paid, we were very very happy. It is an older vehicle, with high mileage. But everything was in very good working order. We had absolutely no issues whatsoever. We found communication with the owner to be quick and friendly. Highly recommend.

Pick up was easy. Got a nail in tire. Paid 31 to fix it, hopefully get it refunded by host.

The van needs some work. When getting to the vehicle it only had half a tank of gas which was a big disappointment. The driver seat side was broken which made the seat feel sideways.

Reliable Car and great hassle-free organization of pickup and drop-off at Tampa Airport with the lockbox attached to the car. Vielka's messages helped to find the car and do everything right throughout the rental period. The Dodge Grand Caravan has loads of space and even fit the six of us plus our luggage. We would absolutely book with Vielka again!
