The car is old, but we didnt care, it got the job done and was safe. Host was very responsive/ communicative. The only downside was the AC did not work in the back of the car at all…which is not ideal in Florida heat. We could not figure it out, so maybe there’s a trick to it that we didnt know.

The representative was kind and helpful and answered my questions promptly. A tire was missing a lug nut is why it got a 4.
