Car worked pretty well, the second row passenger headrest were both broken and the check engine light came on when getting ready to return the vehicle. Overall the ride was great, host responded when contacted and was flexible with an early pickup upon arrival. Would rent with this host again.

Car was very dirty outside… smelled horrible on the inside.. the backseat headrest was broken and stuck right in the back of my daughter’s neck, was actually a safety concern so she couldn’t even use that seat.. contacted them as soon as we picked it up in regards to the issue.. no response from them.. waited a few days amd contacted them again.. still no response… would never use them or this vehicle again…

A bad experience. First full day in Fla using a van with family, including two elder adults and a baby. The engine light came on , did not want to get stuck somewhere in that van . Could not reach the host , TURO did not send replacement! Expected some help early morning but NOTHING!!! , no help , no replacement just stuck! I was fortunate to borrow a very large truck with three rows of seats from my nephew . More to this story but that tells you enough
