We rented this van for a family vacation to Anna Maria Island. Pick up was seamless. They provided detailed instructions to locate the vehicle. The van itself was clean at pickup. Car seats were in good condition. We did have a few issues with the vehicle (some rattling sounds coming from the trunk as well as air flowing from passenger door) however the host provided resolution to these issues. Would absolutely rent from them again. Thank you for helping us create family vacation memories with our kids. God bless

The automobile worked well, there was a fake smell of burning oil, but it was not a problem. The car is parked, but the dash still seems to be illuminated. Key is in the lock box and thank you.
