Everything was great definitely would be a returning customer

It takes a lot for me to give a bad review. But the pick up location was confusing, no clear instructions directing which side of parking garage to go which made pick up a very long walk which could have easily been avoided with some extra instructions. The A/C on the van did not work the best, we had to get moving for it to be cold enough to battle the 100 degree Florida sun. The car was beat up. I understand a few dings and dents but it was pretty thrashed. The car seats we rented were dirty cheap and just used hard. Which I understand they are rentals but maybe wash them once in a while.
I’ve been using TURO for a long time. Probably one of my worst experiences. It gets 3 stars because overall the car was safe and performed, but it was not an exceptional experience by any means.

AC is functioning properly. It take couple mins to beat the 100°F(Normal)
Car seats and the whole car gets sanitized after every trip.
You returned the very dirty, the car went on multiple trips after yours and returned with 5 stars.
