The breaks seemed bad, almost standing on them to slow the vehicle down, if there were any kind of emergency requiring immediate breaking, this vehicle would not be able to. Also when breaking there was a metal scraping sound coming from the rear breaks. The rear shocks are either not meant to support the vehicle, or they are excessively worn and need replacing. There was also a burning smell when consecutively breaking around winding turns. The hands free Bluetooth was hit and miss, which was only a big deal when it disconnected from the phone while out of service, it lost our GPS route and could not bring it back until getting reception, pulling over and safely reconnecting the phone to the car. All in all it was okay, it wasn't great, but it wasn't the worst either. It got great gas mileage, good passenger storage, good storage for luggage, although the comfort of Mercedes is not in these vehicles, this is an economy series van by Mercedes.
