the car pick up process was great the host communicated very well the only issue was the breaks on car needs to be looked at was a little worried over all the car very good for the space i needed and drove really smoothly

First, I had a problem finding the keys to the car. I messaged the host it. It was 20 minutes before she got back to me and then I did not know that the lights had to be turned off manually every time you got out of the car it was horrible. The host was not accommodating because I had to take off of work. It was horrible. This was the last time I will rent from this host.
When I went out for my lunch break, it was raining yesterday so I accidentally forgot to shut the lights off to the car when I came back. The battery was dead. I paid for the roadside service through Toro when I called them to get a battery trunk they said it would take three hours. I had to call AAA and use My Personal Road, Tide service to get them to come within an hour to give me a jump needless to say I could not return to work and then today I wanted to make up that time at work and I messaged the host and she said no the car is getting a oil change tomorrow. I said OK well, what about if I bring the car back late today?
Her excuse then change to know the car has to get a oil change today so despite me missing work, I had to takeoff early from work again and not be able to return to work again. She does not give you the password for the Wi-Fi. It’s an older car so everything is older I would not recommend.!

The car was great. It ran really well. There was a slight squeak upon reversing, but overall we had a very seamless trip thanks so much
