Did not communicate at all the Car location was OK. The pick up was OK. He texted me where the car was in a code and everything, but when I wanted to extend the rental, he ghosted me he never communicated with me or the Toro assistant trying to assist me the car drives hard. It has a backup camera that is low quality. It uses a lot of gas. It was clean though no issues with the car, just issues with the host.
We apologies for not meeting your expectations and inability to extend the rental , we have received the extension request an hour and a half prior to scheduled return on Sunday, appreciate your understanding
