Enjoyed the car but did not like being charged for an extra day because I was a hour late for dropping off.
Unfortunately it’s business policy. Every business has its own policies and this is Turo’s policy which I did not create it myself. For an instance just like returning an item to a store after 30 days that has 30-day return policy is unacceptable. The fact was you actually returned 3 hours 35 minutes late not an hour. I still have the timestamps on my end but I cannot send a picture of proof here on this review. Please feel free to ask Turo to change its policies. Thank you! 😊

Car was in excellent condition and the drive was lovely. Pick up and drop off instructions were very accurate without any hassle.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
Keep the vehicle tidy
Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine
