So，why not 5 stars？Your 4-star evaluation has caused me a lot of trouble.
First time using turo . Van had plenty of room . We attempted the spare seat to use . Car was clean and reliable. Was parked further away from SFO and we encountered trip delays . Trains to vehicle was not running at 2 am had to pay for uber $50 for less than 2 miles .
Vehicle did good gas . Was full when we picked up and we refilled it. Host was responsive . Once trip was done invoice for tolls was sent . Super easy to book on turo.
