The host was always concerned and communicated with us throughout the situation, and I appreciate that. However, unfortunately, the overall experience was not very pleasant because the air conditioning stopped working during our trip in Las Vegas, where the heat was extremely difficult to deal with.
Because of the lack of A/C, some of our family members, including my aunts, decided to leave by plane because they could not tolerate staying in the vehicle without air conditioning.
I appreciate the host’s communication and concern, but unfortunately, the vehicle not having working A/C significantly affected our trip and our overall experience. For that reason, I cannot give a 5-star rating. I believe 3 stars is a fair reflection of the overall experience.

Hi Alexis, We are sorry to know that your trip got so disrupted. On checking, we found a leak in AC condenser. Since AC was working fine until it suddenly stopped working on the 4th day of your trip, we suspect that the car severely hit a rock on the road which damaged the condenser and caused refrigerant to leak out in minutes. This is really bad luck. We appreciate you being communicative throughout. We did our best to help you book another car and we hope to host you again on a better day.
Car was in good condition, interesting feature for 2014: lane change camera. Host was very accommodating to simple requests, responded promptly. Would highly recommend

Leon is a great host! Very communicative and responsive. Leon even checked on us in the middle of the trip to ensure things were okay. Vehicle (Honda Odessey) was clean, very spacious, and perfect for our group trip. Would rent from Leon again.
