We enjoyed this minivan so much for our mini trip out of town. Pickup and dropoff was very easy and the host was very easy to communicate with and friendly. I would definitely recommend booking this rental for any trips! 10/10! ⭐️

The car was drivable, but was picked up with a check engine light on. The host tried to play it off like it was a camera sensor, but the failures to start, loss of power, and excessive fuel consumption proved otherwise. He was notified of the repairs needed (I’m a mechanic with over 20 years of experience), which he disregarded and instead overcharged with a refueling fee.
My only valid fault here is I charged him $12 for gas refill, pissed off him. Rest of others he made up off his mind to characterize his anger. He is not the only mechanics in the world. His flight was delayed I waited for him and I picked up him from airport door as like as my blood relatives, which saved him $40 of airport parking fees. I also drop off him to the departure gate. Be careful of him, very selfish and ungrateful.
