Great host. Great vehicle. Drives very nice and the host was very accommodating. We unfortunately hit some traffic and were late getting back but he was nice and understanding. Would happily recommend!

The car quality was very good and worked very well.
The host was accommodating and flexible. On the other hand Turo itself was a terrible experience. Three contacts with support without any resolution. The turo app itself is substandard, broken, buggy, faulty, terrible, awful, useless, does not work well, and was an all-around stressful, and awful experience. Any company that does not allow using a computer as a backup or workaround when the app itself fails should be avoided. I would not recommend this experience to anyone. The inflexibility of the app and the inability of the company to willingly address faults in the app that have existed for years shows poor forethought and bad management decision. making.

The van was great, it was in good condition and drove smooth. It seated my family of 6 adults and a baby comfortably on a trips around the Bay.
