The quality of the car provided was not good, and as a result, I never actually rented or took possession of the van. The van was returned by the previous renter with the engine light on. The host assured me that the coolant just needed to be topped off. Upon pickup engine light was still on. I drove about a half mile when the temperature needle was nearing high and the van was shaking. This vehicle was returned, was not safe to drive 600 plus miles. Additionally, I found the host to be completely untrustworthy during our interactions.

Wow Gary, I definitely wish we could have a 2nd attempt at this one. I did my very best to get the Metris ready for you in the middle of the night, and to let you know of some potential issues before your trip began, as soon as I discovered them, to give you the opportunity to cancel. My customer’s safety is a top concern and I would never knowingly put you in harms way.

Van was perfect for my trip. Pick up and drop off was easy. The van was very clean and spacious. I was able to fit 6 adults and luggage comfortably. The wireless Apple car play was a plus for navigation and music. No issues on our 8hr drive. Would definitely work with Toby again.
