Great host and very responsive! Interior and exterior of car was clean when we got it. Fully functioning A/C. No brake issues. Pickup and drop-off were smooth, and communication with the host was easy. The car was reliable and comfortable throughout our trip. Would definitely rent from this host again!

The car was in decent condition nice clean. However it was pulling to the right when driving it. I thought nothing of it maybe because it’s an old car the miles were high. On the last day of my trip the tire got a flat. Not knowing the extent on how bad the tires was. I was stuck with a tear in the tire bald tires from the inside showing how bad the alignment was before or is. But both tires was in horrible condition. I had to come out of pocket just so I can make it home. Renting from a car place should do checks with everything! This is the reason we rent cars, we shouldn’t have to worry about being stuck on the side of the road and paying money on a car to fix if we are just renting.

Hi, thanks for the feedback and sorry for the tire issue that happened during your booking. We do have regular maintenance for our vehicles and for tires, we use Americas Tire. They have inspected all tires and recommended to replace two tires since the other two still in good condition. Alignment was also done before the trip and we can provide documentation as proof. Saying that, we are willing to pay half for the reimbursement and Turo take care the other but had advised just make a claim
Vehicle was very clean. Bluetooth worked well. Trunk space was great. Pick up was simple and convenient
