The pick up was fairly easy, but once I got in the vehicle and I was down the road and going over a little bumps, I hear noise loose rattling coming from the Driver Side Tire then two hours into my trip. The air-conditioning goes out couldn’t get anyone on the phone. Couldn’t get customer service on the phone so ended up cutting my trip short a day early
