Our experience with Sebastian was excellent! He went out of his way to be accomodating, and he was kind, friendly, and lovely to work with. The van was in pristine condition upon pick up and the extra storage space made the logistics of our trip much easier. If you are looking for a rental vehicle during your visit to the Berkshires, I cannot recommend Sebastian highly enough! I wish there were a higher rating than 5 stars.
