I could not have been more impressed with this host! This Sienna is amazing! It was delivered in stunning condition and drove beautifully! Communication was incredible and the host was understanding and flexible and accommodating with a request or two. I would absolutely rent this Sienna from him again, without question!

Unfortunately the van’s Check engine light came on, steering wheel when turning was sticking and making a strange clicking noise. The second day the battery died and had to be jumped. We were too far away and trying to enjoy our planned events. This caused unnecessary stress and time wasted trying to address these problems. Not as advertised or expected.
The host was responsive and tried to assist but there wasn’t much he could do. The host offered solutions and was willing to help if he could.
Luckily the van made it through our trip but we will not be reserving this van again.

Thank you for the feedback. I take guest safety and vehicle reliability very seriously. Even though the battery passed a professional test, I’ve already installed a brand-new one to ensure total peace of mind. While the issue hasn't recurred during my testing, I have a follow-up appointment with a specialist tomorrow for a full diagnostic. My goal is to ensure every trip is seamless, and I appreciate you help in keeping my fleet in top shape.
