Been using turo yearly for same trip over 10 years. This was the first time I had to find a new car last minute due to a different host’s cancellation. Thank goodness for EE. He was professional, flexible, and got me a great car at a great rate last minute. He may be newer to Turo, but his service was top notch and we will certainly book with him again.

The car was clean and drove well. We had a flat tire due to a tire failure and it being a little worn down. Communication with the host was good and he was flexible with our pickup time.
