When I talk about amazing customer service was very flexible with time picking up and dropping off. Great communication and just and amazing experience for my family’s trip to have the space and quality of the car! Book with this man he was truly an amazing host! Will be back to book another trip to the beach with the car!

The host was very friendly and easy to work with, which made the overall experience smooth.
The van itself was durable, spacious, and very comfortable—we had a family of six and it handled the trip well.
The main issue was the AC. It didn’t perform well and the van got pretty hot, which made longer drives uncomfortable. It may need servicing.
Also, the Uconnect/Bluetooth system in this Dodge Caravan was difficult to connect to and not very user-friendly, which was a challenge on a road trip.
Overall, solid vehicle and great host, just needs a few improvements to make the experience better.
He told one hot day ac was not working good. We don’t have Bluetooth problem. I helped him where he beds even I parked his car in my driveway. I don’t like to rent him car again.
