Booked very last minute and the host was able to get the car ready within 30 minutes of booking! The car was in great condition and the host was very communicative!

My first time and my last using TURO. I DID NOT USE THE VEHICLE, it was very dusty inside and not vacuumed. Front windshield and back windows filled with bird poop and no windshield washer fluid to clean windows. Only 100 refunded that was not even half of what I paid. Rented a car through enterprise for a cheaper rate and excellent in every way. I’m giving a one star because it won’t allow me to submit my review without choosing, but it deserves no star.
I am an all star host on Turo have many 5 star reviews never seen such an unreasonable customer there was not stains in car as car had leather interior it is not a new car it’s a 2015 so cannot be compare to enterprise new cars bird pooped in glass in very small area in between when we had car ready for her and when she actually came to pick up unfortunately I have no control on when and where birds poop there was definitely washer fluid in the I lost in the weekend bookings for her

Car was okay but had a variety of issues. Rotors were warped which caused excessive shaking at high speed. Car didn’t properly lock. Driver side mirror was hanging on by a thread. Only one rear window worked. Cat also had brake light out and low batteries in the key fob upon pickup.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
