Vehicle was in great shape and very clean. The hosts were fantastic and made pickup and dropoff easy. They were also very quick to respond and were great to work with when our trip unexpectedly changed. Would definitely rent from them again!

The tire pressure light came on while I was out of cell service. I drove to a gas station and added air and the light would not go off. There was no mechanic available. I drove 10 miles for cell service and called Turo and they said the tires looked fine. I explained I’d driven 90 miles since those pictures were taken and I was uncomfortable driving a vehicle through an area that had no cell service. They said it would cost me $200 to have it towed. This was after the initial reservation I made for a vehicle that was newer than 2020 was not available and the only vehicles that were available were 2013 or 2014. I asked why I’d be responsible for paying for a tow when they rented me a vehicle that wasn’t reliable. I was also told that after car was towed I’d need to call them back to see IF another car was available. I’m in Priest Lake, ID. I doubt anything would’ve been available and it took them more than 24 hrs to come get the car. The nearest store is 10 miles away. I was stranded and they didn’t seemed concerned in the slightest. I will never use Turo again and I will spread the word about what a horrible experience I had. It ruined my trip.

We have installed a new tires to this car less than 2k miles away. Unfortunately, a nail in a tire is something we cannot predict or prevent in advance. The vehicle had a spare tire available, but the guest declined to install it. We also offered to come directly to her location and repair/replace the tire completely free of charge, which she declined as well. Ultimately, we picked up the vehicle ourselves and returned it, also at no charge to the guest.
Not sure what else we can do for her.
