Difficultty with app spinning, not allowing return

While app functionality is outside our control as hosts, we understand how frustrating that can be. We appreciate you choosing us and hope the rest of your rental experience went smoothly!
We were very grateful to have a vehicle available for our trip, and the pickup process was easy. Unfortunately, the van had several issues that made us uncomfortable while driving. The brakes were very shaky, the vehicle sputtered going up hills, the headlights were extremely dim at night, the tire-pressure light came on, and the van pulled pretty hard to the right. We made it through our trip and appreciated having transportation, but I do feel these maintenance/safety issues need to be addressed before the vehicle is rented again.

Hosts communication was excellent. They were also accommodating. The car however did not run well. It was very loud and did not make our family feel safe. Had to return and rent through someone else. If they have another car, I would try again.
