Pick up was quick and easy, staff was helpful. I was disappointed in the vehicle condition itself. I messaged the company and she offered for me a refund and return the car or trade for a smaller vehicle. I could not accommodate a smaller vehicle so kept the van. The wheel bearing were very loud, the brakes were very shakey and scraping(worse as the trip went on) the back doors were so hard to open. The motor had a miss when it was running at 45-55mph. We made it safely to Clearwater and back but I was upset that it went that way with such a long trip.

The van has issues that should be taken care of before they allow more trips to be booked. It skips until you get over 45/50 when you turn in a curve something is making a scrubbing sound in the front end and when you brake the steering wheel shakes. I noticed all of this when I left pickup but couldn't rebook anything in time for our trip. It was clean inside but a previous renter has smoked weed inside so after it sits in the hot sun you can smell that until the air circulates.

Was suitable for our family trip will book again only issue was the bald tires on the front it was storming during the weekend. Other than that it was smooth.
