Venna was very quick to respond to any correspondence and gave thorough, easy to follow instructions to access/return the vehicle. 8 seats was the perfect number for our adventure and we were able to get around smoothly. The kiddos enjoyed the DVD player and rear air controls. The tank was full and the interior was clean. The floor mats were a great help in keeping the vehicle tidy and were easy clean. Worth the rental!
