I absolutely loved the spaciousness and impeccable cleanliness upon pickup. The vehicle operated flawlessly without any hiccups. The air conditioning system functioned exceptionally well, leaving me thoroughly impressed. Typically, when I rent cars, they don't compare to the quality of this vehicle. The unlimited mileage was a fantastic bonus. Interacting with the owner was a pleasant experience; I even mentioned that I would rent the same vehicle again, and he kindly offered me a discount. How thoughtful of him. Thank you for ensuring our safety throughout the journey.

Terrible experience and host. The car had terrible cigarette odor upon pickup and was in a dirty condition. The host don’t do their job to inspect the car or keep it clean at all. Trying to cancel the reservation was a terrible experience as well - host insisted I don’t leave a bad review otherwise we won’t accept shortening the trip. Had to contact Turo to fix all of the problem alone. Strongly recommend to avoid at all cost.

We love to help out customers but not all customers are same. Vans are very hard to get smoke complains & it’s family car. We still switched u on more better car. Now, u wanted to shorten ur trip without a justified reason & wanted Land Cruiser 2025 same price. There is a cost on our end to swap & we already did favor. We also approved ur trip shortening request outside of turo policy without a legit reason. Turo asked us for consent which could have been denied.
Good Price, but when I got the vehicle the exterior looked a little beat up no big deal. There was a little bit of trash in there, car wasn’t cleanest I’ve seen, but not horrible. Check engine light came on about an hour in, wheel shakes when breaking down a hill, and car pulled to the right when driving. But it got me where I needed to go.
