The car overheated unfortunately
Hey Annette, the car u originally booked which had issue was already swapped with Toyota Sienna. Mentioning issue on this specific car isn’t right reflection to our car metrics. But overall, thanks for booking with us & being so nice to take another car from us when originally one broke, thanks

The tires upon receiving the van were bad and the thread was showing. We also were having technical difficulties with uploading my license and when letting the host know we spoke and she said send it to us. We sent it but she still had the battery killed and not allowing us to drive. She continuously called and told me to do it or she would report the vehicle as stolen and unauthorized to use, however she at this point wa already aware of what was going on.
