I had a amazing trip in this car would rent again 10 out of 10

We are only giving one star because the van was given to us with 3 of the tires with zero tread--with at least one starting to show the cord, making a blow out a real possibility. This was unsafe and very negligent on their part (the tires should have been replaced months before). To get those replaced we had to spend hours of our vacation time, causing us to miss some of our scheduled activities. The owner was difficult to work with and encouraged us to continue to drive on the unsafe tires to a farther location that was cheaper for him. We felt that was unwarranted considering this problem was due his neglicence and could have easily been prevented. Stuff like this makes me hesitant to use Turo in the future.
Otherwise the trip went well. For a 2020 vehicle I was surprised it had 185k miles on it.

Thanks! You forgot to mention multiple things, You drove safely 4hrs from SJC to Yosemite wilderness & wasn’t willing to drive & insisted hotel from us. Further, u still drove an hour further when Turo & I wasn’t able to accommodate ur request.

Car was delivered with a full tank of gas. It was pretty clean there just was some minor small things like the driver side armrest it doesn’t like hold up fully but overall a really great car especially if you have like around seven people and you guys are going on vacation.

I would rent again from Hash, The Sienna was a comfortable ride with adaptive cruise controls which made feel much safer and more relax and plenty of cargo space perfect for a family of 6.
