It will have been better that it will have made it clear that the car was not parked at the airport the notes says that the car was parked at airport however the car was pretty far from the airport we had to hire Uber both ways and pay more than $17 each way for no reason there was extra $35 we spent that we didn't expect

Thank you for your feedback. The parking lot is controlled by a third party and is outside our control — it's the only lot we're allowed to park our cars in. There were also shuttle instructions you could have used ,you could take one shuttle for free. We are sorry the $35 in Ubers was unexpected.
