Car looked fine when picking up. Inside smelled like light smoke. was low on gas NOT full, Radio didn’t work and ended up having to get a Sirius subscription just to listen to music since it was a longer drive. After only 2 hours the tire went COMPLETELY flat. Wrote the host let him know WHY (not on our end, was a valve we couldn’t have torn. was wear and tear explained by mechanic) he asked us to fix tire so had to pay tow ($200) AND new tire ($179) to even go anywhere and NOW not wanting to even speak about any kind of reimbursement for an issue that was pre existing to the start of our trip, even tho he ASKED us to fix the tire.
Only good thing he did was reply quickly. Everything else was honestly bad.

Hey, flat tires can happen anytime. You drove 2hrs which is more than enough that coverage is on ur side. The tires were new. It’s a good idea to buy roadside assistance & avoid inconvenience. The car is 2014 & it has Bluetooth or cabled audio only. Sorry , u didn’t have good experience
