Overall this trip was great. Drop off and pickup was a 5 minute uber ride from the airport - first time not picking up at airport but it was very easy/not too inconvenient. The car itself is older and from a cosmetic standpoint has seen better days. But it drove really well and was full functional for our trip. Great communication from host. Thank you.

I wasnt able to take pictures, I unfortunately shattered my phone earlier. But car was cleaned and filled, my wife got a new shampooer and was dying to use it and did the floor!

It's a great car. The passenger's door behind the driver doesn't work and in the inside of the car there was some smell probably of weed. Besides that, we had a great time.
Yes unfortunately the previous guest was rough with the door and smoked inside the van. We will make sure to clean again the van and change all the air filters. Thank you for being an awesome guest!

Reason for 3-star Rating...
- the smell was terrible…I had several passenger who were uncomfortable
- the vehicle had three (3) missing hubcaps which was inconsistent with the pictures shown on the Turo site
- the back driver’s side window wasn't operable
- the sliding doors were very difficult to open
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
