The van was fantastic, accommodating seven people with carry-on luggage and a few large suitcases. However, I encountered an issue with the airport parking. This was my first time renting a car from the airport through Turo, and I was unaware that I had to pay for the hourly parking for both pick-up and drop-off. To avoid this, I recommend choosing a time later than your flight’s arrival and before departure to avoid extra parking fees at the airport. On a positive note, my host was fantastic, providing excellent communication. I highly recommend her services.

For future guests: ATL Airport charges a small parking fee when picking up the vehicle from the garage. Guests are reimbursed by Turo for this pickup parking fee once the receipt is uploaded, so you are not paying twice.
Any parking fees created during the trip or at return are the guest’s responsibility under Turo policy.
I always provide this information before each trip so guests know.

Absolutely phenomenal experience! Do not judge this ride by her age, she is incredible! We drove her all over the state and it was roomy, clean, and comfortable! The host was punctual, responsive, and an absolute dream to work with; I seriously wanted to hug her at the curb!
