The car pickup and drop off were easy enough. The car worked and overall was ok. The interior was ok. I appreciated the transportation and having the van to rent. The exterior left some to be desired. No dents or dings, just poor paint and scrathes and wear spots on the body. The rear hatch would Intermittently work electrically and the back up camera would did not seem to work at night. Otherwise, the van worked fine. I've rented a number of Turo vehicles and this was in the roughest shape on the exterior. I don't look for a perfect car just reasonable shape.
