Very responsive hosts. Car worked well.

Pick-up was very smooth and vehicle was clean. Host was very responsive and accommodating with a late request to add a booster seat. However, on the third day of our trip as we were heading to our next destination, the check engine light came on and it took two hours to get a response. By that time, I had gotten resolution with customer service and obtained alternate transportation, but the lack of response was an inconvenience and caused a significant delay in our plans.
