This is 100% a smokers car. They stuffed it with Tree Air Freshners that smelled awful, and barely masked the smoke. Also, the front passenger door doesn’t lock, so our stuff was just unlocked the whole time. I was worried that the car wouldn’t lock.

Regarding the door, it was functioning properly before the trip, and it appears the latch became jammed during your rental. I’ve already taken steps to get it fixed so future guests won’t have this issue.
