Host happened to be on site and helped me. Cleaned a few things and explained something’s about the vehicle. Very kind extremely professional. I would definitely rent again, and van was extremely good on gas.

Driving to work, our vehicle suddenly broke down - bad luck, but nobody's fault. It's always a possibility with any vehicle. This host was very responsive and quick to remedy the situation. I was given a replacement vehicle expediently. I was impressed and thankful for how they dealt with the situation. Would recommend

This is 100% a smokers car. They stuffed it with Tree Air Freshners that smelled awful, and barely masked the smoke. Also, the front passenger door doesn’t lock, so our stuff was just unlocked the whole time. I was worried that the car wouldn’t lock.

Regarding the door, it was functioning properly before the trip, and it appears the latch became jammed during your rental. I’ve already taken steps to get it fixed so future guests won’t have this issue.
