I needed more room for family who were coming in to town. This mini van was perfect. Roomy, I added the car seat option, and was able to pick them up from the airport with no fuss. The car was immaculate, the communication was excellent and the pick up and drop off was flawless. I have used Turo multiple times and this was the best experience yet

The vehicle was roomy, comfortable, and the convience of changing locations was absolutely amazing proces. The host was JRB Autos was authentically awesome with me as a first customer service of Turo.. There were some important issues physical scratches, on the front and back bumper, and the alignment is off as of Aug 30th.

The scratches mentioned are minor cosmetic wear consistent with normal use. Guests are always encouraged to document the vehicle’s condition at check-in.
Van was excellent. The host was excellent. Very pleased with the service received. Would definitely recommend a use again. Thanks!
