I discovered a hidden Apple AirTag inside the vehicle, which was extremely concerning because it was capable of tracking our location without our knowledge or consent. Turo’s policy prohibits AirTags in vehicles as of January 31, 2026, making this a clear violation of Turo’s policy.
A hidden tracking device in a rental vehicle is a serious privacy and safety concern and completely unacceptable. Renters should not have to unknowingly agree to being tracked simply by renting a Turo vehicle. I would not recommend this host.

this guest is trying everything single way trying to avoid paying the rental fees.
I declind her ask to extend the trip without paying extra. and telling me they are a single family income, she stay home. and telling me her husband is a police officer in Lenexa, KS.(I won’t be intimidated.) She upload my home address, and get a airtag who knows where it comes from after the whole trip. Then asking for a full refund.
Car was great for our family trip. Easy to get in and out of with 2 car seats. Host was great with communication. Drop off and pick up is very easy. The car does need a deep clean of the interior to get the grime off. There aren’t crumbs on the floor, but it needs more than just vacuumed. I ended up taking the car home and cleaning it before our trip. If I would have picked up the van without the ability to clean it prior to our trip, I would have been upset with the status of the cleanliness of the interior of the vehicle. Vehicle ran/operated great.
