Ray was so fantastic to work with. He responded right away to any of my questions or concerns. This was so much easier than renting a car from the National Rental places. His van was so nice and clean and comfortable. Definitely will rent through him again when we are back in the area.

This vehicle was terrible for a couple reasons. I picked it up with flat front left tire. I drove to the nearest gas station and it would not hold air , they must have filled it before dropping off. Both front tires had minimal tread. Owner sent me to a tire place,they were closing in 15 min. That tire place sent me to another place. Spent 3 hours to get this fixed Reached out to owner to call me to figure out how to get the wheel lock off and for payment. Also called Turo so they could call the owner bc they were not responding fast enough. Owner’s wife finally called and we discussed everything. I was traveling with 3 kids/wife.
I needed the windshield cleaned but there was no fluid. Then the check engine light comes on at the end of the trip. I didn’t feel safe driving it… they gave me $75 off for my trouble.
No smoking allowed
