The car itself was great, I would only suggest more specific instruction for locating the car (where to find the shuttle) as I waited for about 30 minutes for the shuttle that never came then ended up walking about 20 minutes more to the car. Charger did not work. Good trip overall

I’m sorry for your experience, I don’t have much control of the shuttle schedule but I am very clear on the location of the car. I checked the charger in the car and it had come out some, so I pressed it back in and it’s working fine.
Car was in excellent shape and very clean. Would rent again.
