Host was quick and efficient communicator. Car fit my family and I comfortably will definitely book again!

Vehicle was fine. Owner operates outside of Turo’s policies. Refused to pick up and drop off vehicle at agreed upon location. Also, avoided messaging in the app and only wanted to talk on the phone. Told me he would reimburse me for the uber drive to the new location then refused to after the trip. I don’t recommend dealing with this.

Robert, i don’t know how can you make such false claim. You asked me to return the vehicle outside of my working time and i had to pay for the parking for the hour that i am not suppose to be there. You had agreed that we don’t owe each other any money because of this. You gave someone 1 star for a few bucks that you didn’t even supposed to get refund. That’s not nice.
Great rental. Car was convenient and hung was very communicative.
