Rented their van for a total of 3 days to cover a total of 750 miles (250 per day). Ended up only using for one day but went over 250, totaling 326 miles. I was willing to pay for 2 days (500 miles) and requested a refund for my last day due to me not using all the miles. Owner rejected my request despite the car being returned same night of rental, clean and with a full tank of gas. When I asked why I couldn’t be refunded she ignored my messages. Car wasn’t in the best condition. Would definitely look elsewhere if you are expecting any potential changes in your trip.

The vehicle was returned in good condition and met our standards. Refund requests outside policy were declined accordingly. Communication was maintained professionally throughout the rental period. My honest review remain 5 stars for the car returned condition, but perhaps less for your attitude.
