Overall great experience with pick up instructions, quality of the vehicle and returning. Owner is very communicative ; We experienced a rock chip that turned into a crack on the windshield . They waited until the trip was over, and was patient in working with us to get this resolved. 10/10 would recommend for family/long distance drives
