Oleg was great to work with., communication was outstanding and the vehicle we rented was exactly as described., clean and spacious. Drove like a new vehicle Pick up was easy and were able to change our drop off 2 times with no issue.

Car and host were great to work with. Unfortunately had some issues with pick up. I requested airport pickup when booking, as I was traveling with 3 children under 4 solo and needed this convenience due to carrying a newborn, and 2 young toddlers plus all of their gear and luggage. However, the vehicle was parked in an offsite parking garage a couple of miles away which required transits which was impossible for me due to my 3 young children and all of our baggage. After leaving some of my baggage and car seats behind to navigate through the airport and follow the directions, I realized this was an impossible endeavor andI ended up having to find help at 11pm to drive me and my children to this offsite garage.
I did message host after picking up late and informed him that this would be an impossible location to drop off the vehicle at the end of my trip. He agreed I could leave the vehicle at the airport terminal parking as long as I paid the parking fees, which is what I did.
So, if you’re needing actual airport pick up like myself, definitely communicate with the host prior to your trip to be sure the vehicle won’t be in an offsite garage. Lesson learned!
Otherwise, the vehicle and host himself was great.
