The vehicle and host were great overall. Communication was quick and the vehicle was perfect for our family vacation with 2 family’s including 4 kids. Spacious van fit 4 adults and the 4 kids one with booster seat and one in a full car seat just fine, plus 5 suitcases in back. My only complaint is that the pickup/drop off location was not “on site at Seattle
Tacoma airport” like the listing stated, it was almost a mile away from the actual airport, requiring a 20 min walk or a ride share for a 5 min drive. It was a residential lot that had obviously been turned into a parking lot for their business and I was told the van would be “in the driveway” at the address given, when actually it was in the back of the lot behind a bunch of other cars and a building and it was parked in a way that was very difficult to get out. Don’t appreciate the curveball of location while trying to start a family vacation but otherwise great rental vehicle.
