Such a great experience! E got off the plane to a very detailed welcome message with where the car was, how to get into the car, and photos of it. We got to the car and it was very easy to get in, the car was clean, and they even put water bottles in it which was so nice after flying. We did not get instructions of where the ticket for the parking was but they messaged me back instantly. They are so fast to respond and let us know they were there if we had any questions. The van was great and met our needs perfectly! It was also so helpful to rent car seats already there so we didn’t have to fly with them. Thank you so much! What a great experience!
